Route 845 runs Campbelltown to the new airport via Oran Park every 30 minutes, but Transport for NSW says access into the airport site is not available until the airport opens in late October 2026.

The agency has completed an initial master plan for a 500-place primary school with a co-located public early learning service, and the 2026-27 Budget funds it — but planning approval has not been sought.

Sydney's new airport takes its first passenger flights on 25 October 2026, and by road it is closer to Menangle Park than Mascot — but there is still no direct bus.

The Woolworths-anchored centre, which Woolworths calls a neighbourhood shopping centre that is part of the planned Town Centre, is a development application under assessment by Campbelltown City Council — track it by its reference, 2503/2026/DA-C, and keep shopping out of the suburb meanwhile.

Endeavour Energy records a 2027 power constraint at Menangle Park
The mobile substation feeding the estate "does not have the capacity to meet anticipated demand beyond 2027", and the network's own Review of Environmental Factors says customers would then be unable to connect. The permanent replacement is assessed under Part 5, not a DA, and no determination is published.

Menangle Truck Parking Bay opens, replacing the Hume's 'Dustbowl'
The permanent replacement for the Hume's informal 'Dustbowl' opened on 19 December 2025 south of Menangle Park — heavy vehicles only, so cars and caravans cannot use it.
