The information here is general

Everything on this site is general information about a suburb. It is not professional advice, and it is not legal, financial, planning, building, conveyancing, taxation or property investment advice. It is not a recommendation to buy, sell, rent or build anything, and it is not a representation about the value of any property.

Planning and infrastructure statuses change constantly. A proposal can be withdrawn, a development application can be refused or amended, a funded project can be deferred, a timetable can be reissued and a business can close. Where we cite a source document, that document is the authority, not our summary of it. Check it before you act.

Before you make a decision that matters, get advice from someone qualified and licensed to give it, and confirm the underlying facts with the responsible body — Campbelltown City Council, Transport for NSW, Sydney Water, NSW Fair Trading, the NSW Department of Education, or whoever else is responsible.

Listings are a convenience, not an endorsement

The directory exists so residents can find things. Inclusion is not a recommendation, an endorsement, a warranty of quality or a statement that a business is suitable for you. Exclusion means nothing either — usually it means we have not got to it yet.

We do not verify the ongoing accuracy of every listing. You must check for yourself: current licence and registration details, insurance, prices and quotes, opening hours, service areas, and the approval status of any development you are relying on. Any dealing you have with a listed business is between you and that business.

Advertising and sponsorship

This site sells advertising and sponsorship, and anyone may buy it — including businesses, developers, agencies and public bodies this site also writes about. Anything that has been paid for carries a Sponsor label on the page it appears on. If it is not labelled, nobody paid for it.

A sponsor buys space. It does not buy editorial control, a review before publication, a right to have a page changed or removed, or a position in the directory. Directory listings are free, and paying for advertising does not get a business listed, ranked or described differently.

Sponsored content is not a recommendation or an endorsement by us, and everything above about listings applies to it in the same way. Any dealing you have with an advertiser is between you and that advertiser.

Advertising and sponsorship are sold by QR Bowl Pty Ltd (ABN 14 695 971 398), which holds the registered business name Menangle Park Guide and is registered for GST. Prices are quoted excluding GST, GST is added on the tax invoice, and bookings run month to month unless agreed otherwise.

Acceptable use

Use the site lawfully. Do not attempt to interfere with, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site or its infrastructure; do not scrape or bulk-copy the content for republication; do not submit false, misleading, defamatory or infringing material through the forms; and do not submit someone else’s personal information without their consent. We may decline, edit or remove any submission, and may refuse access to anyone who abuses the site.

Intellectual property

The written content, structure and design of this site are ours and are protected by copyright. You are welcome to quote a short extract with attribution and a link back. You may not republish substantial parts of the site, or reproduce it as your own, without written permission.

Business names, logos, project names and trade marks referred to on this site — including those of Dahua Group Australia, Woolworths Group, Campbelltown City Council and Transport for NSW — belong to their respective owners and are used for identification and reporting only.

Material quoted from council, state government or Commonwealth documents remains the property of those bodies and is subject to their own terms.

Content may change or be removed

Pages are edited, corrected, superseded and sometimes deleted. We do not promise the site will be available, complete or up to date at any given moment, and we may change these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, this site, any linked site, or anything listed on it.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right, guarantee or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where a statutory guarantee applies and cannot be excluded, our liability is limited, to the extent the law permits, to supplying the relevant information again.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
