The estate's acreage chapter has reached its key milestone: Dahua Group announced on 23 July that land for Stage 4 South — the rural-lot release at Menangle Park — is officially registered, and named the winning entry in its $30,000 settlement rebate lucky draw. The draw, held Monday 20 July at Dahua's Sydney office under NSW trade promotion permit TP/04539, went to the purchaser of Lot 4857. The buyer hasn't been named; the $30,000 is applied directly as a rebate when their land settlement completes on or before Friday 28 August 2026.
Stage 4 South is a different product from the rest of the estate. The release, opened in June, spans rural lifestyle lots from roughly 4,000 m² — about an acre — up to 2 hectares, each with a frontage of 30 metres or more, pitched by the developer as "rural living with urban convenience" near the planned Woolworths-anchored town centre and future school.
For residents, registration is the practical trigger: it's the point where contracts can move to settlement and buyers can start turning big empty blocks into homes. What's known and what isn't: at the 23 July announcement, four of the rural lots were still available to buy. Dahua's news page shows no later update on the release — the August newsletter simply links back to the winner post — so the count may well be lower by now; check with the sales office directly if you're interested. The winner's identity hasn't been published, and the rebate only lands if that settlement completes by the 28 August deadline. We'll update this story if Dahua confirms a sell-out.
