This is the number you ring to order bins for a new home, and the counter where you can pay rates; a pet can be registered in person here or at Council's Animal Care Facility on Rose Street.
Two things catch new Menangle Park households out. First, a newly built home cannot order bins online: the owner, managing agent or strata manager has to phone 02 4645 4000, the property needs an Occupation Certificate and someone living in it, and the bins arrive within three business days with the charge added to your rates. Second, collection day is address-specific, so use Council’s Find my bin day page or the free My Waste Bin Campbelltown NSW app rather than copying a neighbour. Outside business hours the same number redirects to an after-hours service for urgent council matters. Do not confuse this council with Wollondilly Shire, which covers Menangle across the river, not Menangle Park.
