Greater Western Sydney and MacarthurPower outagesLife support registration24 hours
The electricity distributor for Menangle Park. Call 131 003, 24 hours, for outages, fallen powerlines, streetlight faults, and to register life-support equipment at your address — Endeavour's online form does the same, and a doctor-signed Medical Confirmation Form finalises the registration.
Endeavour owns the poles and wires; your electricity retailer is a separate company, and ringing the retailer about an outage wastes time. Endeavour states it does not monitor reports made through third-party apps, websites or social media, so report faults through its own online forms or by phone. Stay at least 8 metres clear of a fallen powerline and call 131 003. Life-support registration is by Endeavour’s online form or on 131 003; a Medical Confirmation Form signed by a doctor finalises it, and Endeavour then notifies your retailer. Endeavour is separately proposing to replace the mobile substation on Fitzpatrick Road with a permanent zone substation and a new 66kV underground feeder; those projects were still in environmental assessment when published, with no construction start date given, and Endeavour says the mobile substation lacks capacity beyond 2027.
Council's animal facility on Rose Street, off Blaxland Road. One of two Council counters — the Civic Centre is the other — where Menangle Park residents can pay pet registration in person or register an assistance or working dog, and the place to claim a lost dog or cat.
Menangle Park's local council. The Civic Centre counter is at 91 Queen Street, Campbelltown, on the corner of Queen and Broughton Streets. This is the number you ring to order bins for a new home, and the counter where you can pay rates; a pet can be registered in person here or at Council's Animal Care Facility on Rose Street.
