A secondary gas main of about 6.5 km was under construction to the Menangle Park estate by early 2022, and the estate’s developer said then that it expected the main to be finished that year, with connections to follow. Whether a particular lot is connected is a separate question: ask Jemena or your builder before you choose a gas cooktop, gas hot water or ducted gas heating.

Rural Fire Service district office
The RFS district office covering the Campbelltown local government area, which includes Menangle Park. Relevant for fire permits, hazard reduction and Bush Fire Prone Land questions on the suburb's semi-rural fringe.
Local SES unit
One of three SES units the NSW SES lists for Menangle Park, at the corner of Alderney and Townson Avenue, Minto — the same site as the RFS Macarthur fire control centre. There is no direct unit number: call 132 500 for flood and storm help, 138 737 for general enquiries.
