The water and wastewater utility for Menangle Park, and the body building the pumping stations and mains that service the release area. Faults and emergencies are on 13 20 90, 24 hours; general enquiries on 13 20 92.
If you are building, Sydney Water has to approve your building plans through its Tap in portal, and its building plan approvals page says council will not consent to a development application for building work without that approval. Depending on the job you may also need a Section 73 Compliance Certificate, and your plumber lodges the connection approval separately. Sydney Water’s own project page, updated 7 July 2026, describes two new wastewater pumping stations and an upgrade to a third at Menangle Park plus a 2.2 km water main, infrastructure it says is sized to service about 4,000 new homes. Those completion dates are Sydney Water projections and can move.
Council's animal facility on Rose Street, off Blaxland Road. One of two Council counters — the Civic Centre is the other — where Menangle Park residents can pay pet registration in person or register an assistance or working dog, and the place to claim a lost dog or cat.
Menangle Park's local council. The Civic Centre counter is at 91 Queen Street, Campbelltown, on the corner of Queen and Broughton Streets. This is the number you ring to order bins for a new home, and the counter where you can pay rates; a pet can be registered in person here or at Council's Animal Care Facility on Rose Street.
