For a routine grocery run this is a mid-week top-up rather than the big shop, and it is further out than Campbelltown: 10.5 km and about 11 minutes off-peak, measured from the estate’s Menangle Road entrance on 30 August 2026.
Where it earns the drive is the mix of tenants around the supermarket. Two GP practices, a dentist and a gym sit in the same car park, so you can see a doctor, get a script filled and use a gym without moving the car. Mount Annan Post Office is inside the centre, Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm and Saturday 9am to noon, closed Sunday.
Keep the centre’s size in perspective. Its own site lists a single level with 440 parking spaces and describes the tenancy as Post Office, BWS, Woolworths, bakery and newsagents. Marketfair Campbelltown, which is nearer, publishes roughly 29 tenancies. No centre phone number is published, so ring the individual shop you need. The centre website carries a Covid-era navigation item, so confirm anything time-sensitive with the shop itself.

Mt Annan Marketplace
Mt Annan Marketplace runs a free Puggle's Playtime session next to Little Bean Cafe every Wednesday from 10.00am to 11.30am. The centre says it suits children aged 5 months to 5 years, no bookings are required and parents take part. It runs during NSW school terms only, so there is no session in the school holidays; the centre does not publish the term dates.
