Camden 2570WalkingFreeRiverPublic art

A free riverside walking trail linking the Nepean River to Camden's main street, via Camden Town Farm, Ferguson Land and the Camden Bicentennial Equestrian Park.

A 4.2-kilometre riverside walk within reach of Menangle Park. It includes viewing platforms over the river, what Camden Council calls Camden’s first official public art trail, exercise equipment, water stations and interpretive signage, and it extends the existing Miss Llewella Davies Pioneer Walkway.

Camden Council delivered it with $5.1 million from the NSW Government Public Spaces Legacy Program, and it was named NSW National Trust Landscape Project of the Year in 2025. An accessibility map is published on the Council page.

Pair it with the Saturday morning produce markets at Camden Town Farm, which sit at one end of the trail.
