New public primary school and early learning (planned)

The published scope is 24 classrooms plus three support learning classrooms, co-located public early learning, a hall and covered outdoor learning area, a full-sized playing field, a multipurpose court, and kiss-and-drop and bicycle parking. The June planning update places the site centrally near the future proposed town centre. A school street address and intake boundary are not listed on the project page.

The September planning update says the master plan has been validated and concept design is almost complete. School Infrastructure NSW plans a community design information session in Term 4 2026, with the Review of Environmental Factors (REF) to be submitted and publicly exhibited in late 2026. The September update describes land transfer from Dahua as being in its final stages, with completion expected that month, and records a signed site access agreement for remaining investigations.

Budget Paper No. 3 allocates $4.499 million to the school and early childhood component together in 2026-27, within the NSW Budget’s $9.2 billion school infrastructure programme over four years; the paper does not give an estimated total project cost.
