  • Stage 2A (2021 tranche): The developer's own material names this land inconsistently — the plan number and dates are solid, the stage label isn't.
  • Stage 2B (2024 tranche): Registered roughly three and a half years after the guidance buyers say they were originally given — see the timeline below.
  • Stage 4 South (sub-stages 4.1–4.4, incl. acreage): The acreage lots were on the register from January 2026; the developer's public “now officially registered” announcement came in July 2026 alongside its rebate draw.
  • Rosewood Release (Spine Road South): The developer announced these lots delivered in August 2026. A plan registered 18 August fits the location, timing and lot style, but no source names it as Rosewood — treat the DP as unconfirmed until it survives a plan inquiry.
  • Union Park Release: On sale since late 2025, but no source ties this release to a stage number, lot series or plan. Genuinely unknown — we'll say so until it isn't.

Registration dates are from the NSW cadastre and registry records; “estimate” rows are the developer’s own current estimates, not ours. We never predict dates.

How registration actually works

Between signing and settlement, your land goes through three gates: the developer finishes civil works, Campbelltown Council signs off the subdivision certificate, and NSW Land Registry Services registers the deposited plan (DP). Only then do individual lot titles exist. The developer then issues a Land Registration Notice, and your contract’s settlement clock starts — commonly 21 days, though contracts differ.

Delays can happen at any of the three gates, which is why estimated dates move. That’s also why this page tracks the register itself rather than repeating estimates.

Check your own lot — free

You don’t have to take our word (or anyone’s) for it. NSW Land Registry Services’ online portal has a free Plan Inquiry:

  1. Find the deposited plan number in your contract (or the stage’s DP in the table above).
  2. Go to online.nswlrs.com.au ↗ and run a Plan Inquiry on that number.
  3. The result shows whether the plan is registered, and the registration date.
Local tip — This page is general information, not legal advice. Settlement obligations depend on your own contract — talk to your conveyancer or solicitor before acting on any date.

Where this page stands

Menangle Park Guide is independent — no relationship with the estate developers, and nothing on this page is ever softened or traded for anything. Corrections are welcome: if you can show us a source we’ve missed or misread, tell us and we’ll fix it.

Bought in a stage we’ve marked unknown, or been given a registration date in writing? Let us know what you were told — buyer reports point us at the right documents (we only ever publish what official sources confirm).
