NSW Health's Child and Family Health Nursing service is free and needs no GP referral — health and development checks, newborn home visits, parenting groups, and hearing/vision screening. South Western Sydney Local Health District runs it as a central booking system rather than one fixed local centre, so you call or book online and get allocated a clinic rather than choosing one yourself.
